As a progressive 21st-century school, Vega Schools want to nurture this passion for reading not only in their Learners but amongst the community-at-large. We have created the first free library in Gurgaon. It is not easy for all parents to continuously buy their children age-appropriate books that give them a constant source of new imaginative worlds to enter.
While many schools have libraries, none of them are open for public consumption. Vega Schools is invested in being a communal resource for the neighboring societies as well as a beacon of change within the educational community
Members of the public can join the library as Orange or Green members. As a Green member, once they have returned books on time 8 out of 10 times they will progress to Blue. Vega students can join the library at the Blue level and will have the membership fee and security deposit waived. Blue members must return books on time 10 out of 15 times in order to progress to the Silver level. Silver members must return books on time 15 out of 20 times in order to progress to the Gold level. However, for those who wish to immediately join at Blue/Silver/Gold level, they can do so by paying the below fee, as per level required.
*All membership fees are subject to an additional security deposit of INR 250.
Members of the public may register online for an Orange or Green level membership by filling up the form below. Those who register for an online membership, please note that membership is not confirmed until the membership card is collected from the Vega Library.
